Ama's visit

Ama came up for a visit for 2 weeks. It was great to have her. She helped Dave take care of Leo while I was in Seattle for a project meeting. Her visit was packed with fun winter activities: Chena Hot Springs, Ice Park, Dog sled race, and she saw the northern lights twice! Leo enjoyed spending time with his Ama. We're looking forward to our Colorado visit in June!

I got to briefly visit with Kristina and Ryan while I was in Seattle. We went to the UW arboretum.  The weather was really nice while I was there. Too bad I was stuck in meetings all day while I was there!

Where did March go? Hard to believe little man is almost a year old! Ama came to visit for two weeks (pictures from her visit next). He's into imitating everything that we do and wants to help cook, clean, load the dishwasher, feed the dog. You name it, he wants to help.

We can no longer contain him in his play pen or 'stationary' entertainment centers. They stopped being stationary after a couple months when he could propel himself in the direction of his choice. He broke a spring in his jumparoo by doing just that. What a brute.

We went to the ice park multiple times. He was content being towed around in the sled until I let him crawl around. I couldn't get him to get back in the sled after that. Always want to touch what he's not supposed to.
