The drive up was a little nasty, with snow on the highways. Took us a little while to get up there.
Dave & Jeff saw lots of sharp-tailed grouse on their moose hunt.
While they were hunting, I hung out with Ellie & Wyatt. Julie, Mette & Rachel came down from Fairbanks for a day visit. It was wonderful to see them. Rachel & Mette have some more photos on their respective blogs. Dave took my camera moose hunting so I don't have any photos of the girls. There are some good belly shots of Mette and the other blogs! The next several photos are of Wyatt modeling the hat that I made for him.
the germ vector disguised as a cute little boy! who could resist? Yes, both Dave & I are now sick. 
oops. he's done modeling! He's changed so much since we saw him at our wedding. The ladies taught him to wave good-bye!!

Notice the differences in reading material? Dave is reading 'Alaska Wolf Trapping Manual' and I'm reading 'What to expect when you're expecting'. I'm NOT expecting by the way. But thought I would read about it just in case we decide to expect.
Dave liked Wyatt's Elmer Fudd hat so much he tried it on.
beautiful day for the long drive back home. we had a great visit with everyone!
