Fall is here. The weather has been mostly nasty in Seward: wet and dreary - non-stop rain coming down. This weekend we did mostly indoor activities. One of them was making sausage from the rest of last year's moose.
Why is Dave wearing ear protection? To keep the meat from getting in his ears. Just kidding. The kitchen aid is super loud when grinding meat.
oooh. looks gross but tastes so good. This batch is Hot Italian sausage. hopefully next weekend will be a little less damp - we're going on a cabin trip!
