Tangle Lakes

We took Leo on his first camping trip a couple weekends ago. I'm not quite ready for camping in a real tent with an infant so we borrowed an Arctic Oven tent from a friend which comes with a propane stove. The weather was foul: wet and windy but it was nice to get out of the house and do something as a family. Leo did great. He slept from the first night. But then woke 3 times the next night. He slept in his pack and play and had a fleece pajama and fleece sleep sack on and a fleece blanket. Dave thought he was getting cold so I tried to sleep with him in my bag. That didn't work. He squirmed around so much in my bag. Turned onto his tummy and took up the entire width of my bag. We ended up moving his pack and play to a warmer area of the tent and put him back in. Looking forward to doing more trips with him!

He slept most of the time on the way there and back

Exhibit A. Why Leo isn't allowed to sleep in my bag with me. Takes up too much room!

Good morning!
