Afognak Beach

The herring were spawning!! We went back the next day with the dipnet to get some herring for the freezer and of course, they were no where in sight. But there was roe littered everywhere along the beach:
poor Dave. we should have come back with the dipnet that same day when the fish were thick.
George and Tuula and Jessy.
Later in the week we went with Mandy & Ann. The dogs know who has treats!! Emma J, Emma K and Nelly R waiting patiently for their cookies.
