Jen & I got together tonight and had a great time catching up. I, of course, forgot my camera and forgot that I could have used my phone to take photos of us... duh. We've known each other since freshman year of college. Our conversations back then were about classes, boys, parties, boys, and must have been some other stuff in there, too. Our conversations have evolved now to married life/relationships (I guess boys still fall into this category), BABIES (no, I'm not pregnant), mortgages (are we really old enough to be homeowners? - or, as Brian said last night, the more appropriate question to ask, are we really responsible enough to be homeowners?) and job security (what's that? maybe I should have stuck with engineering...).
Anyways, wonderful to see you as always my turdling. You look good and it feels like you're in a good place in life. :)
What's a turdling most of you might ask? I'm not really sure I know. Way back in college, someone started calling a group of us turds? I'm not sure if I'm remembering this correctly - Erin, Keira or Jen do you remember? All I remember is Erin saying, 'Turds bounce!'. And that was supposed to be a good thing.
